Collegiate Pathway & Recruiting


The Owatonna Soccer Association is committed to supporting athletes who aspire to continue their soccer careers at the collegiate level. Whether your goal is to play at the NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, or JUCO level, the recruiting journey requires preparation, initiative, and persistence. OSA’s role is to support, guide, and equip our athletes as they navigate their way to collegiate play.


OSA’s Collegiate Pathway aims to:

  • Increase the number of OSA athletes playing college soccer
  • Help players find the right fit athletically, academically, and socially
  • Provide structure and clarity to a process that often feels overwhelming
  • Build long-term relationships between OSA and college programs


Collegiate soccer provides athletes tremendous opportunity for personal and athletic growth. The lessons learned and relationships built will stay with the athlete for the rest of their life. OSA wants to be a helpful and valuable part of our athletes' decision-making process.

  • Target school information and tracking lists
  • Game video access via the Veo platform for highlight reel creation
  • Individual planning sessions with OSA recruiting specialists per request

Informational Sessions and Contacts


OSA provides a Spring and Fall informational session for athletes new to the recruiting process. This session is also a helpful refresher for athletes already going through the recruiting process, providing an opportunity to ask questions of OSA recruiting specialists and share experiences with other families.
