There are a few other changes worth noting for the upcoming Spring / Summer season:

• You will probably notice that registration looks a little different this year. We are delighted to announce that we have moved over to PlayMetrics as our new software provider. What does that mean for you?

• You can either access their website or download their free app that will replace Sports Engine (our old software)
• You will need to create a new account with PlayMetrics.
• This app will have messaging and scheduling features to make communication from coaches and OSA much simpler.
• You will also see an update to the OSA website update soon!

• We are no longer requiring families to volunteer in the concession stand. We are currently revamping how we manage that part of our organization and will share more information when available. But the important news is that families will no longer be charged a volunteer fee, and then try to schedule a time to earn that fee back.

• We have changed the fundraiser from the Hy-Vee coupon books to a 50/50 raffle. This is mainly because Hy-Vee has made changes to their own rewards system and no longer is offering the coupon books as a fundraising opportunity. However, the good news is that the raffle is similar to what we do during the fall season, and it give every family a chance to win some cash! The amount is staying the same ($100) and you will get five tickets. These will be handed out once teams are assigned.

• OSA requires that all registrations and payments be done online - including those requesting scholarships. There will be information regarding scholarship requests that needs to be completed while registering. Charges should appear on your account from Owatonna Soccer Association.
