Team Manager Resources


Recommended Team Manager Checklist:


  1. Complete everything in the MYSA Adult Participation Requirements.
  2. Ensure player/parent travel contract is completed and collected
  3. Obtain a completed medical waiver from each player before the first game. (Most Tournaments require this)
  4. Ensure rosters (names and jersey numbers and photos) are correct on your PlayMetrics app as well as on the MYSA-US Soccer Connect site.
  5. Update your PlayMetrics team page with practices and games as soon as possible.
  6. If access is needed to your PlayMetrics team page to input information, please contact Patrick Grubish to update your access.
  7. Reschedule games as needed on the appropriate website. SMSL-US Soccer connect for all teams.
  8. If you are rescheduling a home game, you will need to contact our referee/field assignor, Jeremy Wood, for approval. You can expect a response within 1/2 a day. Please contact Jeremy with any other questions pertaining to rescheduling games.
  9. Gym Space if needed can be requested through Geoffrey Omangi who will put in your request through the school district and once approved will let you know.
  10. All tournaments have to be booked through Leah Fritz pursuant to OSA's Tournament Guidelines. For help finding possible tournaments, please see the resources below:
